Mediation, Arbitration & Settlement Conferences Across Florida
At Mirabole Mediation, we make the process of scheduling your session clear, efficient, and professional.
Angela Mirabole, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, offers mediation, arbitration, and pre-suit settlement conferences both in-person and virtually via Zoom Video Conferencing, serving clients throughout Florida.

Rates
Fee: $475 per hour, divided evenly among the parties unless otherwise agreed. There is a three-hour minimum for all mediations and pre-suit settlement conferences ($1,425 total).
Half-Day Sessions:
Typically begin at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.
Alternative start times may be requested on the Booking Request Form.
Full-Day Sessions:
Run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break
Additional time may be reserved as needed
For complex business or financial matters, a full day is strongly recommended to allow for productive resolution
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $1,425.00 (the minimum charge) will apply if a session is cancelled less than seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations should be made in writing after all parties and counsel agree. Unless otherwise arranged, all parties share equal responsibility for any cancellation fee.
Travel Policy
Mirabole Mediation is based in Tampa Bay and serves clients statewide.
For travel outside Hillsborough County, the following applies:
Travel time is billed at half the standard hourly rate ($237.50/hour)
Travel expenses (e.g., airfare, lodging, parking) will be added to the final invoice
